1. Who we are

Vice Hub ("Vice Hub", "we", "us") is operated by Matty Schatz, an individual sole trader. By using the site or buying a membership, you are contracting with Matty Schatz.

2. Acceptance

By accessing Vice Hub, creating an account, or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. What Vice Hub is

Vice Hub is an unofficial, fan-made community hub for players of Grand Theft Auto VI. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. All in-game tips, guides, and strategies are community-contributed.

Membership unlocks community features (posting crews, submitting tips, applying to crews, member badge). Free browsing of public content remains available without a membership.

4. Account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be of legal age to form a contract in your country, or have a guardian's consent.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose, fraud, spam, or harassment.
  • Infringe the intellectual-property rights of Vice Hub or any third party.
  • Upload malware, probe, scan, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the security or integrity of the site.
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute any part of the service.
  • Post content that is illegal, hateful, or contains personal information of others.

6. User content

When you submit tips, guides, crew listings, or chat messages, you grant Vice Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, and distribute that content to operate the service. You remain the owner of your content and confirm you have the rights to share it.

7. Intellectual property

Vice Hub, its branding, design, original copy, and software are owned by Matty Schatz. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have purchased.

8. Payments, billing and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Stripe. Stripe is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, and handles payment processing, tax calculation and collection, invoicing, fraud protection, and chargeback handling on our behalf. Payment is governed by Stripe's Consumer Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Memberships are sold monthly (€10/mo) or yearly (€100/yr) and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from My Hub; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

9. Service level

Vice Hub is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are disclaimed.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of the acceptable-use policy. On termination, your membership benefits end; previously-published public guides may remain visible on the site.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts of the seller's place of residence, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
