30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Vice Hub memberships. If you are not happy with your membership for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the date of your order.

How to request a refund

Our payments are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Stripe. To request a refund, email us at vicehubadmin@gmail.com from the email address you used at checkout, including your order or receipt reference if you have it. We will process the refund through Stripe; refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Renewals

Memberships renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from My Hub, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
